You can get the card online by visiting our "get the card" section. You can call us directly at (800)550-4333.You can also get the card at any participating location, or by stopping by the Carmel Visitor Center located on San Carlos Street between 5'th and 6'th (one and a half blocks north of Ocean Ave.)

The Carmel Card can be used at any of the many participating businesses. Please see the “participating locations” section to see a complete list. How do I earn points?
You can earn points any where the Carmel Card is accepted by simply presenting the Card when making a purchase. For every dollar you spend you earn one point. Points never expire and there are no point limits.
How do I redeem my points?
You can either redeem points on-line by submitting a points redemption request in the “points redemption” section or you can simply stop by the Carmel Visitors Center located on San Carlos Street between 5'th and 6'th (one and a half blocks north of Ocean Ave).
Where can I add money or "recharge" my card?
The Carmel Card can be loaded with real money, either online on this site at "buy a card now" , the Carmel Visitor Center, or toll free at (800)550-4333.
What if I lose my card?
Card security is extremely important to us. Although the card should be treated like cash, if you have registered your card you can simply call us at (800)550-4333 or simply stop by the Carmel Visitor Center located on San Carlos Street between 5'th and 6'th (one and a half blocks north of Ocean Ave .) and we will gladly reissue you a card.
Do I have to have money on my card to earn points?
No you may earn points any time you present your card.
